Website development services may include website design, development, integrations, custom functionality, maintenance, and other agreed deliverables.
Customers may request cancellation of a project by contacting Dynamic7. Any cancellation fee or refund adjustment will be assessed based on the circumstances of the project.
Cancellation Fees and Refund Adjustments
The applicable cancellation fee, if any, will be determined when the cancellation request is reviewed. The assessment will depend on how far the service has progressed and the costs incurred up to the effective cancellation date.
Factors considered may include:
- The amount of work completed.
- Project milestones completed or approved.
- Time and resources already committed.
- Third-party expenses, software licenses, tools, and other non-recoverable costs incurred on the customer's behalf.
- The applicable service agreement, project proposal, or other agreed purchase terms.
Dynamic7 will assess these factors to determine the applicable cancellation fee and the remaining refund amount, if any. The fee will not automatically be a fixed percentage of the total project price.
Where reasonably practicable, customers will receive an explanation of the cancellation fee and refund calculation.
If work has not started and no non-recoverable costs have been incurred, the request will be assessed accordingly.
Cancellation fees and deductions will remain subject to the applicable agreement and applicable law.
Project Milestones
Payments for completed and accepted milestones are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or agreed otherwise.
If a project is cancelled before all contracted work is delivered, the refund, if any, will be determined based on completed work, applicable cancellation fees, and relevant contractual terms.
Customer delays, missing materials, unavailable access credentials, or delayed approvals may affect delivery schedules and cancellation assessments.
